Privacy policy

This describes what happens to the information you give Komplete Performance Hub through this site. It is written to match what the system actually does, not what a template says.

What is collected

The enquiry form collects your name, email, mobile and your answers to the questionnaire — including anything you write about injuries, pain or health. The free starter program collects only a first name and email.

Every entry point also records which link brought you here (the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags), so the coach knows which channels actually work.

How it is used

Your answers are used to prepare for the consult and to write your program. They are not sold, and they are not shared with advertisers.

What is never emailed or texted

Health notes and free-text answers are deliberately excluded from every notification the system sends. An email lands in an inbox synced to several devices, which is not the right place for them. Those answers stay behind the coach's login and are read only in the dashboard.

Measurement

We measure which pages and which ads bring people here. Two tools do it. The first counts page views and loading speed without cookies and without identifying anyone, and runs for everybody. The second is Google Analytics, which can follow a browser between sites — it is switched off until you agree, and if you decline, nothing is stored on your device.

Neither ever receives anything you type. Not your name, not your email, not a single answer from the questionnaire, and never the health question. What they receive is that a step was reached and which link brought you — the same information the coach would get from asking “how did you hear about me”, and nothing further.

Who else can see it

The database is hosted with Supabase. Transactional email is sent through Resend — and, per the section above, it never receives your health or free-text answers. If you become a client, your program is delivered through Trainerize.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a returning enquiry is not treated as a stranger. Email [email protected] to have your record deleted, and it will be.

Marketing email

The starter-program list is separate from enquiries. Every email from it carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect an enquiry you have made.
